Personal data is retained only for the period necessary for the purpose for which it was processed and for any additional period required by applicable legislation, contractual obligations or legitimate legal claims.
When the grounds requiring processing cease to exist, personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
ANTRAMETAL applies reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to prevent unlawful processing, unauthorized access, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure or destruction of personal data.
Your Rights Under Article 11 of KVKK
As a data subject, you may exercise the rights granted under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, including the right to:

- Learn the purpose of processing and whether personal data is used in accordance with that purpose
- Learn the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred in Türkiye or abroad
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion or destruction of personal data where the applicable legal conditions are met
- Request notification of correction, deletion or destruction operations to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred
- Object to a result arising against you through analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems
- Claim compensation for damage suffered due to the unlawful processing of personal data
How to Exercise Your Rights
Requests concerning the rights provided under Article 11 of KVKK may be submitted to the data controller in accordance with Article 13 and the applicable procedures determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
The application should contain sufficient information to identify the applicant and clearly explain the request. ANTRAMETAL may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify identity and protect personal data from unauthorized disclosure.
Response Period and Right to Complain
ANTRAMETAL will evaluate eligible applications as soon as possible and no later than 30 days, depending on the nature of the request, in accordance with applicable law.
Applications are generally processed free of charge. Where the processing of an application requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged only where and to the extent permitted under the applicable tariff and legal rules.
If an application is rejected, the response is considered insufficient, or no response is provided within the applicable period, the data subject may exercise the complaint rights available under KVKK within the statutory time limits.

ANTRAMETAL may update this Information Notice where necessary to reflect changes in personal data processing activities, website technologies, business processes or applicable legislation.
