KVKK Notice
This Information Notice explains how ANTRAMETAL Mould Industry, as data controller, may collect, process, transfer and protect personal data in accordance with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Data Controller
Within the scope of KVKK, the data controller is ANTRAMETAL Mould Industry.
Purpose of This Notice
This notice informs you about the personal data ANTRAMETAL processes, the purposes and legal basis of processing, to whom and for what purposes such data may be transferred, the method of collection, and your rights as a data subject under KVKK.

Name, surname and similar identifying information.

Telephone number, e-mail address and business address information.
Business & Transaction
Company information, inquiry, quotation, order and contractual records.

IP address, browser and device information, and website usage logs.
Purposes of Processing
Personal data may be processed for purposes including responding to inquiries and quotation requests, carrying out sales and after-sales processes, managing contractual relationships with customers and suppliers, fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations, ensuring the security of our systems and premises, and conducting internal business, planning and reporting activities.
Method and Legal Basis of Collection
Personal data is collected through automatic or partly automatic means via our website, e-mail, telephone, printed forms and similar communication channels, based on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK, including explicit consent where required, contractual necessity, legal obligation, and legitimate interest.
To Whom and For What Purpose Personal Data May Be Transferred
Personal data may be transferred, to the extent necessary and in accordance with KVKK Articles 8 and 9, to our business partners, suppliers, professional advisers, legally authorized public institutions and organizations, and, where necessary, to service providers located abroad in connection with hosting and information technology services.
Your Rights Under Article 11 of KVKK
As a data subject, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about such processing, learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction of data within the scope of applicable legislation, request notification of these operations to third parties to whom data has been transferred, object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems, and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
How to Apply
You may submit your requests regarding your rights under KVKK to ANTRAMETAL using either of the following methods:
Written Application
Submit a signed written request to our registered company address, including your identity verification information and the subject of your request.
Electronic Methods
Submit your request through registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or an e-mail address previously registered with ANTRAMETAL.
Response Period
ANTRAMETAL will evaluate and respond to your application as soon as possible, and in any event within the period stipulated by KVKK, free of charge unless a cost is prescribed under the applicable tariff of the Personal Data Protection Board.
Data Security Measures
ANTRAMETAL implements reasonable technical and administrative measures to prevent unlawful access to personal data and to ensure its safe storage, in accordance with Article 12 of KVKK.
Retention and Destruction
Personal data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing or applicable legislation, and is deleted, destroyed or anonymized once these reasons cease to exist, in accordance with our data retention and destruction practices.
Cross-Border Transfer
Where personal data is transferred abroad, such transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of KVKK and the conditions set out in applicable secondary legislation.

This notice may be updated from time to time in line with changes in our processing activities or applicable legislation. The current version will be published on our website.
